Southcoast Storm II is invested in ensuring that our 2020-2021 season will be safe and successful! Out of an abundance of caution we will be requiring the completion of a health attestation form and a temperature check for all of our athletes prior to each time they participate in our gym programming. This form should be completed prior to arriving at the gym or immediately upon arrival. It must be completed by a parent or guardian. Athletes under the age of 18 are unable to complete this form.
Please read the below carefully:
*All athletes are required to wear a mask when entering and exiting the Kilburn Mills and Southcoast Storm II.
*All athletes are required to wear a mask during sessions when they are less than 6ft from others.
*Each athlete can only be accompanied by 1 adult who is wearing a mask when entering Kilburn Mills and Southcoast Storm II
*All athletes must come fully dressed in appropriate work out clothes. Any additional clothing such as sweatshirts and pants must be taken home with an adult.
*All athletes will change into their cheer shoes in the hallway prior to entering the gym. These shoes are not allowed to be previously worn in the community and must remain as "gym only" shoes for the remainder of the season.
*All athletes must bring a water bottle with their name on it. Water will NOT be available at the gym. Plastic disposable water bottles (ie. Poland Springs, Dasani) are not allowed.
*All practices and tumble sessions will be CLOSED to parents.
*All athletes will be released from the gym at the end of the session by coaches to parents waiting outside of the building.
Outlined by the CDC are the below symptoms of COVID -19 which are subject to change based on the recommendation from the CDC and State of MA.
Cough, nasal congestion, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, sore throat, muscle pain, chills, loss of taste, and loss of smell.
If your athlete, anyone in their home, or anyone they come into close contact with is experiencing
any of the above symptoms or is + for COVID-19 they will NOT be allowed to participate in gym sessions.
Failure to follow any of the above guidelines or accurately disclose active COVID-19 symptoms will result in dismissal from the program.
